Cris is a serial founder and operator in the Australian digital health space. He has built three healthtech companies, taking products from zero to scale, and two through to acquisition.

With a Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS), a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a BSc from the University of Queensland, plus experience across emergency medicine, sexual health and general practice, he brings deep domain expertise in healthcare regulation, patient behaviour and clinical workflows that most founders have to learn secondhand.

From telehealth platforms serving thousands of patients to clinic operating systems powered by AI, Cris identifies gaps in the healthcare stack and ships products that close them.

Built a telehealth platform from scratch to serve an underserved patient population, gay, bisexual and transgender men across Australia. Scaled nationally and acquired by Hyphen Health, where Cris now oversees five distinct healthcare brands as Chief Medical Officer. He helped achieve Australia's first ASHM-aligned and certificated telehealth platform. The collective clinics serve 85,000+ patients across Australia with four specialist telehealth clinics, and are LegitScript certified.

Navigated complex TGA compliance and scheduling requirements to build a defensible, category-defining platform.

Saw firsthand how fragmented clinic tooling slowed growth and created compliance risk, then co-founded the operating system to fix it. DappleOS is a vertical SaaS platform purpose-built for aesthetic and telehealth clinics, consolidating clinical documentation, scheduling, billing, marketing automation and AI-powered insights into a single product. Designed the product from the clinician's perspective, solving workflow problems most software teams never see.
